Daniele Baddaria entered the world of entertainment in 2005 and founded his experience on the most prestigious stages in Italy and abroad. He started out as an Audio Technician, then moved on to the role of Backliner, and after a few years established himself as a Stage Manager.
He currently collaborates with the largest Italian productions on the music scene, with the most established event agencies and with the most important television broadcasters.
In recent years he has also held production roles such as Tech Manager, Venue and Site Manager as well as Floor Manager in TV events.

Sandro Fiorentini
PRODUCTION/ Venue / STAGE Manager
Sandro Fiorentini has had a passion for music and entertainment from an early age.
So in 1985 he began working as a stage sound engineer for a small service in Grosseto, his hometown.
In the early 90s he discovered that his passion was being a backliner, thus began his long and successful career in that role and as personal assistant of the most famous Italian artists, Eros Ramazzotti, Jovanotti, Litfiba, Ligabue, Claudio Baglioni and many others.
In 2006 he decided to get off the stage and thanks to the experience gained in world tours and festivals with foreign productions, he dedicated himself
to a new career in this sector and begins working in production with the major Italian agencies, working more on tours in Italy with foreign artists than with Italian productions.
His knowledge and professionalism is seasoned with a natural sympathy and great respect for everyone’s work, because as he loves to repeat, “this work can only be done with a smile!”
He currently collaborates with the largest Italian productions on the music scene, with the most established event agencies and with the most important television broadcasters.
